1. Client-Side Only Architecture
At EpochTools, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. All conversion algorithms, batch processing, formula calculations, and timezone translations execute entirely inside your local web browser. None of the timestamps, dates, or file uploads you provide ever leave your device or reach any server.
2. No Tracking or Cookies
We do not use advertising trackers, persistent tracking cookies, fingerprinting libraries, or invasive telemetry. The only local browser storage utilized is localStorage, which solely remembers your visual preference for Dark/Light theme mode.
3. Third-Party Services
EpochTools is delivered as statically generated assets through edge CDNs. The hosting infrastructure may record standard ephemeral web server logs (such as IP address and user-agent) strictly for operational routing and DDoS mitigation.
